When I brought my bike in for service (oil change, removal of crash bars) all components worked concerning lights, hazards and turn signals. When I picked it up the following week the turn signals no longer worked. I was explained it was just a coincidence that the switch had gone bad, which is possible. Just not a great feeling picking up bike after paying $400 for oil change and removal of crash bars and then being informed that it would cost $700 for the switch. ( no labor included part only)

Service was great as always, a new rear tire started out at $374.99, after I questioned that price Anthony discounted $50.00, I can buy the tire elsewhere for $223.00 - $240.00 , I wasn’t expecting price to be that high.

No problems,, first bike service,, did not take very long. Staff was polite and welcoming. The actual cost was less than my quoted price!!! That doesn’t happen very often!

Just bought my first new motorcycle from Indian Motorcycles Lexington. My salesman Steve was a straight up guy and very personable. We actually met at Jake's Cigar where we had a great talk totally separate from my purchase, but which made purchasing from him much more a sure thing. I have been here twice. Here are my thoughts….. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to deal with. Everyone was so helpful with my purchase. The store is very nice and very clean. Ryan did a great job from my first contact. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable on the Challenger. In fact most owned a Challenger. Tony discussed the maintenance for the bike. The shop is well organized. If you are looking for a shop that does not use high pressure sales tactics, Indian of Lexington is your place.
