Jeep wrangler Buying process was good. Got Jeep home noticed more things wrong with it. Noticed that when locked Jeep and unlocked alarm would go off. Called them wasn’t willing to fix the problem. Yes I knew there was no key fob when I bought it but no one said anything about the alarm. Had to replace wipers, door lock, wiper pump, coolant sensor.. would not buy again they say they don’t get paid on commission but they do.
Buyer beware Salesman stated, car is in mint condition. After several repairs. and money. My recommendation for this dealership to everyone. Buyer beware. Salesman/Owner misrepresented car as mint condition.
Check the vehicle before buying it My girlfriend brought a 2011 GMC Acadia in March of 2019 and it’s a piece of xxxx. Her grandmother brought a Mercedes truck and it’s also a piece of xxxx. If you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle from this place please check the vehicle out first with your mechanic.
Lesson Learned I purchased a 2011 Acura TL from here and through no fault of the dealer I was just given an estimate for work on the vehicle to the tune of $2000.00. As I said previously, this was my fault not the dealers. I was so anxious to get the car that I didn't do my due diligence. I could and should have taken it to an independent mechanic to get checked out. But I didn't. Dirty Dealership Watch out. Uses dirty dealer tactics. I had my mechanic go there to do a pre purchase inspection, when he got there they were already selling the car to someone else. I gave them my info to leave a deposit and they refused to take it so they can sell it to someone else. Do not deal with Robert Cooke, he's an awful sales man and does not give a xxxx about you, only making a commission. He totally screwed me. I lost time and money on what should have been a done deal. Very unprofessional dealership.
Not great Not great. Felt high pressured and pushy. Car I test drove, clutch kept sticking to the floor. Wasn't ready for test drive. Salesmen super casual dress...cargo shorts and tshirts. Didn't feel professional at all. Never met guy I'd talk to for a week...he was too busy to bother. Not impressed.

Never pick up your phone after sold this car to u There are many problems on this car. Also, this dealership sold me this car and didn't tell me password of the Bluetooth. I asked him. He only picked twice out of almost 20 calls. It's such a bad experience. Never pick up your phone after sale the car. Already paid almost 1200 dollars just for repairing car.
