Was told the warranty would cover it. Then test drove another car. Keep in mind they keep in the city so really can't test drive it good. So I purchased the second car I test drove. Purchased a 2019 with 52k miles on 12/13 car has had issues starting since purchasing has already been in the shop once and headed back again tomorrow. Sell trashed cars Avoid!! Flew in to pick up a car asked for a inspection they said everything was good and within 1000miles I need a new Engine that’s 14k and a battery which they had said were both in great condition. Ask them to help fix this and aren’t going to help. Go to a reputable dealership they will scam you!!
Bad Atmosphere Worst experience ive ever had looking for a used car! Low ball my trade in, didnt disclose anything they inspected on vehicle i was considering after i was told they could, Then there was a shouting match between some of the sales staff with one guy looking like he was going to go beat up one of his co-workers. Completely awful-DO NOT BUY FROM Indy Whole Direct If you are smart, steer clear of this place entirely. Bought a vehicle from Indy Wholesale Direct and they promised me it was in tip top shape and they fixed anything that was wrong with it. They didn’t even change the oil or replace the air filter on it….air filter was filthy….I mean, hadn’t been changed in years filthy, but yet it passed their inspections. DO NOT USE - U HAVE BEEN WARNED Awful, dishonest dealership. Seen plenty of reviews that had the same issue I did….wish I would have read them before I bought. Same issue, dealership holds you there to rush you through contract process. DO NOT SIGN arbitration agreement, takes away your right to sue. Had my vehicle 4 months before I could even drive it.
