I bought my first car back in January of 2022, and 2 days later the transmission stopped. They have constantly kept telling it was gonna be ready and It was a priority. DO NOT buy a vehicle from this place. They are an absolute joke. So unorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I recommend you learn from our experience and save yourself the headache. If you get the warranty and think you will get your car fixed and returned within a couple days.. WRONG. This dealership has had our vehicle for a month for repairs now. The car they sold my daughter didn't even last 2 days before it quit running and after being told it was a simple fix she's now being given the run around for what's even wrong let alone a time frame for being fixed causing her to have to quit her new second job before she can even start it.
I am so disappointed that a business would treat a Disabled Veteran this way. My friend (Navy Vet) really wanted to have a Jeep like she drove before her stroke. Over the last two years she had several surgical procedures and therapy and an extensive exercise routine. And she felt ready to get herself a Jeep. "This dealer sold us a lemon used car. Multiple phone..." This dealer sold us a lemon used car. Multiple phone calls (transferred to voicemail) with no calls back. Purchased the car and check engine light comes on on the way home. Take to two different mechanics and they tell me to take it back! Not worth fixing more than $3000 worth of damage.

Might even contact a lawyer. Breaks were bad. Said they would have them fixed. They never did. We replaced out of our own pocket. Called manager and left message. Never got a call back. I will never ever buy another vehicle there and strongly urge anyone who doesn't know mechanics to take someone with you who does so you will be safe!!
