Do not buy from this company This company will sell you a bad vehicle and lie to the bank that the vehicles are good to sale. Engine light will be on and they will say they fixed it only to just reset it but unplugging the battery. Went to pick up vehicle only to drive off and had the engine light pop back on. They all knew about the issue but Lied and said it was fixed. Do not buy from this company or you will regret it in the long run.
Disappointed Customer who was screwed over big!!! * This is lengthy but worth reading if your considering purchasing a vehicle from here.* My son and his fiancé went here and bought a truck! Now he is pretty much vehicle less. Used jeep Purchased a jeep compass in Oct. 2020, may 5th 2021. Transmission is shot and engine needs work. Problems that my mechanic said they should have know was wrong with it but put bandages on it to sell. Never buy from here.
Wont Call Me Back!! Tried to purchase a car and the finance people would not call me back. Even if they were not able to get me financing, a phone call letting me know would have been nice, especially since I might have been able to pay cash for this car. That is very poor customer service and extremely unprofessional.
UPDATE d to trade my Mercedes E320 after 3 months! I went to trade 2005 Mercedes E320 they sold me after 3 months they said the car was basically worthless and they could help get me in a 2012 kia for 22k dollars!! They said we are loosing money on the kia. Yea said they sold the Mercedes to me and lost money but yet the car is worthless if I traded it I would have negative equity. I was LIED TO ABOUT THIS CAR. Rude unprofessional people. Dump Cars are all dirty. People playing football. No one offered to help us. One employee benched really Loud. No buyers guides on any car. Unprofessional. Horrible place. Old warehouse. Rough parking lot. Over priced garbage.
Mercedes Benz E320 I wanted to look at a 2005 Lincoln town car instead they showed me Mercedes. Told me I could run 89 octane fuel. Lie called Mercedes if I don't run premium my warranty is void. Problem 2 they said any case certified mechanic could do the work on it that could easily service the car at their location lie has to go to Mercedes Benz dealership for everything what a HASSLE. Shady operators Looking to buy a corvette listed September 28, 2020 On Saturday i rec a text from tonya after my inquiry that the car was available to call back on monday i was told . Called monday am , then three more times no one called me back. The third time reception told me that there was a price change 2,000 addition for work done ????? overpriced Customer service is great. They are nice and polite but the person behind the great wall tried to sell me an OVERPRICED vehicle even after proof it wasn't worth it. And with a horrible paint job done to hide some things. I understand making a profit but there is a difference between profit and rip off. Just please know your stuff or take someone with you ANYWHERE you shop for a car. AKA not the only place I don't recommend either.
