Infiniti of Peoria's Service Department is my go-to service shop. It all starts with Service Advisor, Josh. He is better than sliced bread. He knows his business, he's honest, and he takes care of my vehicle as if it were his own. I've never been broken down on the side of the road, and I attribute this to him and his team. Recently, while there for servicing, it was 110 degrees outside. Josh was so thoughtful he even had my loaner car running with the AC on so it was cool when I was ready to drive off. Unfortunately, l had to return to the dealer to have grease removed from the interior that was accidentally deposited by the technician.. apart from the inconvenience, they cleaneded it off relatively quickly .. and all is good now .
