I was a bit disappointed by the reviews, but I can honestly say that wasn't my experience. I actually didn't have an appointment; I went in with my mom to drop off her car for repair. The service rep, James, was so friendly that I decided to ask him a few questions about my Infiniti QX60. I thought he'd just give me a quick answer and tell me to schedule an appointment for later, but he actually took his time and answered my questions.
