I was very impressed with the no haggle approach from this dealership. My daughter bought her first new car today and the team here was honest and attentive to our needs. Our salesman Ramon was kind and helped us get the deal we wanted. Once we made the deal, the finance guy was amazing and approached us with the same no haggle mindset and was very informative. As well as listened to our wants and needs. I would 100% buy from them again. Best experience ever!

We have been buying Infiniti vehicles since 2003 and have never had a problem. We have gotten to know most of the people at the dealership and have always been treated with respect and helpfulness.
The whole experience was amazing, I worked with Ramon, we connected right away, great laughs and conversation while we worked on the progress of my purchase. It felt like I was there for 30 min with a long time friend, that’s an experience I never had at any dealership except Peoria Infinity!!!!!! The high quality and the expectations just keep on coming. When they say welcome to the Infinity Family they really mean it!!!!

I recommend asking for Josh Gaffey if you need service for your car. What a great person who provide excellent service! Wish there are more people like him providing this service. Most of these people hated their job but you can tell Josh enjoy what he does. He deserve to be recognized for his amazing service.
