I was given an appointment and everything was on time from the beginning to the end. The service representative was very knowledgeable which to me was great. Enjoyed doing business with them.

Well, I saw a message on the dashboard that I thought was telling me I needed service and/or low on oil. So I quickly made an appointment but the service dept didn't fine anything wrong. Apparently I don't know how to interpret the messages. My advisor is Isaac and he was very kind about the whole thing and even had my car washed for me. I've been afraid to us a car wash as that can be risky. Isaac recommended one for me but I've forgotten the name...should have written it down. We had our Zaktek appointment at Infiniti of Scottsdale on 4/10/24. They were quick to do the application and we were out of there within 1 hour. The application looks great.
