Prior to getting my car to service, I had to get a boost to get my car started. I drove it immediately to Infiniti and suggested the battery needing changing. They did a battery test and said it passed so they didn't replace the battery. When I went to pick my car up and started it, it did not turn over immediately like it usually does. We had a manager come out and listen to the start-up and he agreed the battery needed to be changed. I'm not certain how the battery tested out okay, but bottom line, it needed to be replaced... read more
