Everything about my experience was wonderfulfrom the service and staff to the amenities provided, such as the loaner car while my vehicle was being worked on for several days. I truly appreciated the support throughout most of the process. However, I did want to share a couple of points that fell short of expectations. When I was informed that my vehicle was ready, I was asked to return the loaner car as soon as possible.
