I spoke with Noah yesterday morning and had arranged a 12:00 appointment to address a few issues with my Highlander. Upon arriving at 11:50 I noticed Noah in a meeting with someone else. A lovely young lady offered to help me with the navigation system in my Highlander. She and I were not successful in our attempt. She recruited Kincaid and he successfully got the navigation system working, addressed the kick to open the back cargo door, paired my phone, set up the navigation dashboard.
