Well, I saw a message on the dashboard that I thought was telling me I needed service and/or low on oil. So I quickly made an appointment but the service dept didn't fine anything wrong. Apparently I don't know how to interpret the messages. My advisor is Isaac and he was very kind about the whole thing and even had my car washed for me. I've been afraid to us a car wash as that can be risky. Isaac recommended one for me but I've forgotten the name...should have written it down. Also need a better understanding of the dashbo... read more

We had our Zaktek appointment at Infiniti of Scottsdale on 4/10/24. They were quick to do the application and we were out of there within 1 hour. The application looks great.

Great service ..the service tech who assisted me, Matt DelVeccio was top notch. He explained everything and kept me informed of the process frequently.
