Once I was able to make an apt, the service was good. I called 4 different days, and no one in service ever answered the phone. I then called the sales department, and was told they could make the apt for me. When I showed up for my apt, I was not on the list, and told the sales people cant make appointments?? They were able to take me anyway, so that was good, and the service was good.

For me, five stars says it all.
I wasnt exactly sure if my battery needed replacing since the car was recently purchased, but the service advisor checked my issues and had it replaced.
The process was smooth and simple and everyone was incredibly nice.
