was communicating by e-mail and had asked what the shipping the vehicle to maryland would cost.also the vehicle would have to be reduced some as it is not a certified bmw but no problems with the dealer and it was left at that.

Just that fact that you use CarFax just tells me how important it is to keep good records and sure will help when I trade in the car. Other infinities like the one in Tucson does not do this. The work was done correctly as always and Juan and I have known each other for 11 years just help us trust each other and service suggestions.
