I am dealing with a difficult situation with a 2019 Infiniti QX60 3.5-liter engine. Anthony is an outstanding service rep. He went above and beyond to schedule my warranty work, finish same day and stay 10 minutes late for me to pick up my car. I will schedule future work with this dealership based on my interaction with him.

Garrett was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I do have some concerns about the dealership itself delaying warranty work.
