This is a great dealership and always has been. They have serviced my vehicles for the past 10yrs. Shelby Clark in the service department always takes care of me and provides excellent customer service.
I had an issue with my car and was leaving to go out of town with it in the coming days and Josh was able to fit me in quickly. He was efficient, thorough, professional, friendly, and helpful. I left with my car completely checked, addressed, and comfortable that it had no additional issues. Thank you so much for everything!!
Good at Service. Counter and shop. Black scuffs at door sills. Awhile to clean off. Other than that very satisfied.
Josh is an outstanding Infiniti Rep who is always very helpful and continues to provide us with quality service.
Price for parts are overpriced. Labor price is spot on. Service is excellent. Better than the location in Peoria!
