Lon was great to talk to. He did forget to email me all the stuff we discussed that day. But im sure he will . i do have a small complaint. I thought that before the Zaktek was put on the car they would clean it and make sure all spots were whipped off. This did not happen my car has a bunch of little spots all over that actually come off if you whip them. And they put the Zaktek over a not so clean car.

Josh is the best! I love my Infiniti~ And Josh is the best service advisor, I have ever had! I've been taking my Infiniti to him for years, and he is always exceptional at listening to any concerns, and answering any questions I have. I appreciate all of the employees at Camelback Infiniti, but Josh is my favorite, and I'm glad I can count on him to take care of my vehicle. :)
