the richters Very nice people. but the is a lack of communication between management and both sales people and byers it several phone calls for a response

Great Customer Service We recently purchase a 2019 QX50, that had a couple of blemishes from sitting in the Arizona weather. After Lon was notified of the issues, within a day all was resolved and more. It's great to know there's great and seamless CUSTOMER SERVICE left in this business world.

Lon Williams is the man! He came all the way to my house to show me how to use my brand new 2020 Infiniti QX60 and I can’t thank him enough! This car is so awesome and now I know how to use it! John Bishop gets deals done! I believe this is my fourth car buying from John and will probably buy many more from him in the future! Thanks guys!

Great experience! After having difficulty with another dealer, Rich and his team stepped in and solved our need to end another Infiniti lease and lease yet another (our4th) Infiniti over the last six years. Obviously our decision to stay with Infiniti and Infiniti on Camelback says our great experience we have had. Rich is amazing, Ed was so easy to work with and Lon is just so helpful.
