Worst car buying experience ever. Would not recommend. Be aware if you are buying a vehicle from this place, they tag on additional fees for stuff that you don't get a say in. Dont believe their prices online and dont believe the salesman. It seems like their process of orienting new employees on their product and services is very poorly done. So personal.. Such an easy car experience! We had a price we wanted to spend, and did the negotiating over the phone. There was no pressure, and we were finished within two hours. The best part was that Lon came to our house a few weeks after the purchase and helped educate us on all the features. We love put new QX60 and the excellent service. Thank you!
