Great service and quick solution I had couple of ussues when I bought a used car from infiniti on Camelback. They we quickly addressed by Lon Williams and he was kind enough to drop by my place and explain in detail features of my car. Good job!

Five Star Service Department We're from Southern California and our QX56 decided to have the radiator go out while we were in Scottsdale. Took it in for service in the late evening right before they closed and they stayed open later to accommodate us. They also did an extra service for us and provided a very competitive price. Was very happy with their level of service, clean waiting area and the donuts and coffee machine. Would definitely come back to this location again if needed work when visiting the area. A nice surprise Always skeptical of dealerships/ car salesmen, but my experience overall was a very nice surprise from start to finish. The follow up/Infiniti class with Lon was a definite and recommended plus.
