Five Star Service Department We're from Southern California and our QX56 decided to have the radiator go out while we were in Scottsdale. Took it in for service in the late evening right before they closed and they stayed open later to accommodate us. They also did an extra service for us and provided a very competitive price. Was very happy with their level of service, clean waiting area and the donuts and coffee machine. Would definitely come back to this location again if needed work when visiting the area. Infiniti Hannah was extremely helpful in assisting me with my purchase, from helping me decide which models were perfect for me to being a great communicator for me to the sales managers. Lon was also great at teaching me how to operate my car and clear up any confusions I had.
Time well spent My meeting with Lon was great. He pointed out things I didn’t even know were available to me! He was super patient and thorough and i look forward to playing around with all of the things he showed me today. So glad to have Lon as a resource.
A nice surprise Always skeptical of dealerships/ car salesmen, but my experience overall was a very nice surprise from start to finish. The follow up/Infiniti class with Lon was a definite and recommended plus.
