Lon and James We've financed cars before but never had a Tech come out and showed us the functionalities of the car we bought. But Infiniti went above and beyond by contacting us after our first lease (3/17). Lon was awesome. At first I had a little bit of buyers remorse because I didn't get the car with the features I want like the start engine feature but after driving the car for a couple weeks I started loving it. overall I recommend this place. Infiniti on Camelbacks customer service was phenomenal I am a returning customer 4x over. Let me just start off by saying the reason I come back time and time again is the excellent customer service I am provided at this dealership. Jacob helped me find the perfect car for me. Easy to work with They did a nice job getting me exactly what I was looking for. I felt like they were all working to help me out. After the purchase, someone came out to help me understand all the car's features. That was a nice touch.
Great car buying experience I have to say that purchasing our new vehicle at Infinity on Camelback was one of the best car-buying experiences that I have had. Our salesperson Hannah was great in getting us into the vehicle we really wanted and the after-purchase experience with Lon coming to our home to go over all of the technological features of the vehicle was outstanding. Customer oriented and respectful Buying a car car be stressful and dounting, but Ritisha and her team made the process streamlined with little pressure. We were upfront about what we wanted and they were respectful and diligent. After purchase Lon came to my house and showed me how to use all the amazing features of my car from navigation to personal assistant and app. He was friendly, flexible and patient!
