Easiest buying experience ever I walked into Infiniti in camelback to get an idea and some info and I left with a car in less than 3 hours. Jacob Thomas was a kind young man who put absolutely no pressure on me to buy a vehicle. He was efficient and accommodating. Very appreciated Lon was so thorough and made me feel like family!!! A great experience.

Great experience Briana was very sweet and helpful finding the car we wanted. Finance was easy and helpful as well. Then they sent a very nice man Lan out to the house to explain all the features and answer any questions I had about our new Qx80. I would highly recommend this dealership as a whole.

Ritisha and Lon Ritisha was incredible and very helpful - she was also patient and not too aggressive. Very important in the car business. They made it right I was a little reluctant to write this review only because the experience started a little rough. I bought my last car here and wanted an upgrade so I came to what I thought was a deal and when I intitally came ‘in it wasn’t the deal I thought. It was a combination of miscommunication on both sides so when they called me back we were able to get the deal worked out. Awesome car buying experience I have purchased 3 vehicle in the past 4 yrs at different dealerships in the Valley and Camelback Infiniti by far gave me the best deal,James Bakalar my salesman was honest &there were haggling and he honest with everything I asked for in my QX80,Lon Williams the client loyalty manager came to my house to follow up and make sure u understand all the functions in my QX80 very helpful and professional never had service like this at any other dealerships
