They made it right I was a little reluctant to write this review only because the experience started a little rough. I bought my last car here and wanted an upgrade so I came to what I thought was a deal and when I intitally came ‘in it wasn’t the deal I thought. It was a combination of miscommunication on both sides so when they called me back we were able to get the deal worked out. Awesome car buying experience I have purchased 3 vehicle in the past 4 yrs at different dealerships in the Valley and Camelback Infiniti by far gave me the best deal,James Bakalar my salesman was honest &there were haggling and he honest with everything I asked for in my QX80,Lon Williams the client loyalty manager came to my house to follow up and make sure u understand all the functions in my QX80 very helpful and professional never had service like this at any other dealerships
Right car,right price, and fast process I told them what I wanted and within and 2hours I was driving off in my Red Sport. I can’t thank mike enough for his effort and commitment in making this deal happen. After all was said and done Lon came out and went though the car like a pro. New car purchase experience Camelback Infiniti has the best customer service that I have experienced in buying a new car..That would be 5 vehicles all various dealerships. Ritisha the salesperson was awesome, not pushy or overbearing. She is great at making you feel comfortable during this stressful experience. The manager Luis was great at making the deal that worked for me. Great place to buy a car.
