Wow the technology We bought an Infiniti and Lon was the person who explained to us the technology in the car. Lon was professional and super chill while going over everything. The best part was that for our appointment, Lon drove to our home instead of us driving to the dealership which demonstrates the very interpretation of customer service.

I didn't know As a prior Infiniti owner, when I was told someone would be coming out to train me on my new vehicle (QX80), I thought "I've had an Infiniti for four years! What are they going to teach me?" In the first week I have already had two visits with Lan and the first one was for 2 hours. I had no idea what the capabilities of my car were! 2016 Q50S I had a wonderful experience buying my new car, I live in Washington state and it arrived perfectly. Polly was amazing. Lon has been very helpful in teaching me how to use all of the new technology this car has.
