We had a easy, fast experience. We were greeted before we even walked through the door. We were asked if we had an appointment and with whom. We were taking to meet with our sales person. Lon was professional and courteous.
Loved the attention to detail! We had a great experience learning about our Infiniti. Lon came out to our house and spent a great deal of time with us to show us all the features of our new car. He answered our questions, was patient and personable. What a great service Infiniti offers! We would have never figured out all these great features without the hands on service that Lon provided. Extremely Wonderful! I went to five dealerships--no one else made me feel as welcomed as Infiniti. They were very patient with my many questions --I didn't know which car I wanted! I came late in the day, but they treated me like I had all the time in the world to get my answers. "My" salesman followed up with me by phone, and so did the General Manager.
