Very satisfied customer Lon came out to the house and went over every single feature of our car, told us about the features we knew about and also covered all features we didn't know about! Very knowledge Infiniti employee, great guy, and overall, took the time to totally educate us on our new vehicle! Very worth the time to have him come out! A very satisfied customer!
Lon was amazing !! I had an infiniti before but never used any of the features. Lon taught me everything I needed to know and more!
Highly recommend Lon Williams was very knowledgeable in explaining all the cool features of the 2017 Infinity QX 60 ( Premium,Premium Plus, Drivers Assist). He was patient and understanding throughout the process. Overall he made it a fun exercise! I would highly recommend Infinity on Camelback and Lon Williams/Joel Langer and Kurt!!!

Patient! Sometimes it really seems as if this car is smarter than I am! But Lon patiently went over every feature and answered all of my questions, no matter how silly or repetitive they were. :) Couldn't thank you enough!
Helped me get a better understanding Lon was running late for our appointment due to his earlier appointment being very late for their meeting. Lon called me multiple times to update me on our meeting status offering options for meeting. Due to his professionalism and strong concern for my time, we met later the same day. best experience yet My husband and I recently purchased a Vehicle from infinity on Camelback. The entire team has been great to work with throughout the entire sales, finance, service process. We had Mike as our sales rep, he found us the best vehicle to fit the needs of our family answered any questions we had before and during our purchase. What a breeze Great experience all the way! We took the 6 hour drive to Phx and were not disappointed. The entire staff did a great job and we couldn't be happier. But it didn't stop there, the follow up has been awesome. I just wish we were closer to take advantage of some of the extra services they offer.
