Very Nice, Professional, Car Knowledge Ritisha presented the Q50 to me very professionally. I did not know that there was so much technology put into these cars. I also had a great experience. She was also very nice and service was very fast.

Interim service at last minute I called Shelby when I was 30 seconds from the dealership with no appointment. He always remembers me and I have bought quite a few cars from Infiniti. He was ready for me as I drove up and got me in and out very quickly, as all I needed was an oil change and filter. I make sure Shelby is at the dealership before I drive in. He is the best.

Excellent technical support and attention to detail Recently having bought a new vehicle from the Phoenix dealership we were offered an appointment with the dealerships technology guru. Superior Customer Service!! Lon Williams provided us with PHENOMENAL customer service! He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and patient! He took the time to make sure we understood what he was explaining as well as answering every question we had. Lon also followed up to make sure every concern we had was resolved. Great Service! Great service from Shelby. Very attentative, pleasant. Service advisor very accomodating. Kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. Contacted me as soon as vehicle was ready for pick up.

Good Experience Lon did an excellent job to help me understand the technology on my new Q50. I am very old school so his help was greatly appreciated. The technology is mind blowing on these new cars!!!

Make You Feel Like A VIP I very much dislike the car buying experience. This was certainly as comfortable as a car buying experience can be. Excellent service while trying to decide if my choice was right for me. I must have spent over an hour test driving in 2 separate visits. Excellent after sale service. My Customer Loyalty Manager made a house call (what!?) to help explain all the car's features in detail. Excellete service After my bad experience at Infiniti in Scottsdale, I decided to give Infinti of Camelback a chance and was blown away by the service they provide me with from the sales rep Mark to the manager. They made sure when I left the day, I purchase the Q50 I left happy and they did. Also want to thank Lon for taking his time and going over with me the features on the car. Found my way! Absolutely a great experience. I can now use my GPS without difficulty. The support team is amazing, they came to Tucson to assist me so cool!
