Very pleased! From the moment I walked into the door I was impressed with the level of service. Everyone was very helpful and gave me a great deal on my infiniti qx60. Lon came out to my house twice to teach me everything about my car! He has been awesome to work with. I went to Scottsdale Infiniti first since it's closer to my house and Michael, the sales Manager, was incredibly rude to us. Very pleased with infiniti on camelback!

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was so anxious going into this experience due to a pushy car salesman in the past. As always - 100% Satisfaction I have been an Infiniti patron for over 20 years and am on my 6th vehicle. The superior vehicle and driving experience are coupled with fantastic customer service and professionalism. Shelby is always kind, courteous and prompt.
My experience was very good My experience was good. I called Shelby and I was actually able to get an appointment the same day. The customer lounge was comfortable and everything went smoothly. If I did complain about something it'd have to be about the fuel injection hose that's been recalled but hasn't been taken care of because of rust on the car. But if there was no recall the rust would be an issue I'd need to pay for. Other than that my visit for an oil change went very well.
DON'T GO TO ANY OTHER INFINITI DEALER IN AZ!!!!! Lon just left our home after taking the time to thoroughly assist us with setting up our new Infiniti! He was EXTREMELY thorough in setting up our infiniti portal on our computer and explaining how to utilize it to meet our specific needs.
