Excellent service visit Shelby and Lon went above and beyond to make sure my service went according to plan. Shelby made sure everything was done properly with the vehicle and Lon stepped up to get me back to work when the shuttle wasn't available. Great team effort and excellent customer service.

one of the best new car purchase experiences I have had Let me start by saying that I have been fortunate to drive/own many prestige brands but Infiniti in general and the Camelback dealership in particular has truly been outstanding. I started with an email blast to area dealerships stating what I was looking for and then completed the deal with just a few more emails; even including turning in my existing car as a trade in- all over the phone or email. Great Customer Care Such a pleasant surprise to have Lon come to our house and sit in our new car with us showing us how to use all the bells and whistles. All our questions were answered and he showed us ztuff we'd have never figured out.

Excellent Experience I can’t say enough nice things about my experience purchasing a new QX60 at Infiniti on Camelback. Oil Change Easy in, Easy Out! The waiting area is super comfy with leather chairs and couches, a flat panel in the wall, surround speakers up above, lots of magazines, a mini fridge that is always filled with cold water and a cappacino/espresso machine that is complimentary as well! The paperwork "about your vehicle" is super helpful and shows what needs attention, their associated costs and recommendations! No pushy sales guys here! They simply make suggestions...
