I met your new service manager who is very professional and kind. The previous manager was a piece of trash. The new service rep was very impressive. Most everyone is new. Shelby used to be my rep but he is no longer there. I could always trust him to be honest with me. I think Cory will be honest with me as well. Appears to be a good person. Everything went smooth and was done on time. Very pleased.
