Excellent transaction! Everything went according to their word.
The salesman was very nice and informative, but the Nissan rogue they sold us had a missing back windshield wiper that we didn't notice was missing until we got home. I felt like that should be something the service department should notice. It also took a really long time to get our paperwork emailed to us from the finance person. We left without any paperwork and she said she would email it to us and we got it. 10 days later.

Although the process was fine, we noticed the key for the wheel locks was missing. When I contacted the dealership I was told they would just replace the lug nuts but not with wheel locks.
