Late on a Monday evening, our water heater sprang a leak and needed to be replaced. I called Infinity after normal business hours, fully expecting to have to leave a message for someone to call me back the next day. To my great surprise, not only did someone answer the phone, but she took down my information and promised that someone would get back with me that evening.
