Infinity arrived the same day as my service call on a Saturday. Alan got the heat running within 30 minutes even though I needed a couple of new parts. Came back out after each part arrived separately and installed them the same day. You can't beat fast, friendly and dependable service especially when it is getting down into single digit temperatures. I signed up for their yearly maintenance program.
