The tech was very nice! Did not over charge!!
The installers were very polite and professional. I had been told that they might not take the old water heater but they did and I had nothing to worry about.
On time, very friendly, explained everything, let me "watch" as he was working on my furnace preseason check up. Did NOT try to sell me anything that wasn't needed.

Jimmy responded quickly and answered all my questions without any run around. He was on time and explained what he was doing to my mother n law. He took care of the issues he found without the price blowing up. In fact it cost less then what we both where expecting.

Jimmy and his crew were very professional. We had to have a whole new unit put in, they were very prompt and friendly. we had a problem with the coil and they came right back to replace it no questions asked! Jimmy is wonderful and we would recommend him and his team!
