They call me everyday. When I ask to get removed from their call list, they just hang up on me and keep calling. Not very professional, I would be hesitant to do business with them
In the beginning this company customer service was amazing until they received their payment. Please I do recommend to do your research and find out for yourself a different company. Here is why: 1. They were very persistent when they wanted me to sign the paperwork so they can their money before they started their work. It took them over two months to install the solar panels. If this is the same Infinity as Infinity Solar out of Pearl River, NY, they suck. I truly regret choosing them to supply solar for my home.
Just wanted to caution people on Solar Power, specifically the company SunPower Solar. My system was installed approximately 2 years ago by Infinity Solar of Pearl River NY who was a contractor for SunPower. Regarding the savings on electric, no issues there as my O&R electric bill has been near nothing. The issue that I experienced was related to my roof.
