About Infusion Associates Outpatient Infusion Therapy We provide medically-prescribed infusions for patients with chronic disease in a comfortable, friendly environment instead of a hospital. There are many chronic illnesses that make it impractical and sometimes impossible to take medications orally. This is when infusion therapy (medication administered directly into the vein) can be life changing.

First of all, I was so happy to learn of the existence of your facility in the Kalamazoo area. The fact that you were willing to work with my Rheumatologist and his Nurse in California was such a relief to me. I had contracted Covid prior to my flight to Michigan and was unable to get my infusion before I left. The Rheumatologist I had seen when I lived in Michigan wouldn't see me without a "new Patient" appointment. She was unavailable until the end of August. And so, I learned of Infusion Associates, and will be forev... read more
I'm into my 6th year of infusions and have been to many different infusion centers in Michigan. This place is just fantastic. Erin, Nichole, Shelly, Emily (and the rest of the crew who runs this place) are friendly, emphatic and truly care about their patients. This place is truly a godsend for me. Not one hassle or problem here since this place opened up about a year ago. The other infusion centers seriously made me think about just quitting my infusions and letting nature just take its course with me....but no longer.... read more
My actual infusion therapy went pretty smooth... trouble finding a vein (but I knew that going in). Medicine wasn't mixed and ready for the RN to administer. Prior to my infusion therapy I always heard it took 15 minutes for the process. I understand it was 30 minutes for the first (as my RN explained it to me). I was pretty clueless that it would take almost two hours for the first time. Just a learning experience for me, I guess.
Scheduling was a bit difficult, but once I arrived to the portage location it was all completely seamless! The receptionist was extremely welcoming, and my nurse was very kind, and offered water, snacks, and even a warm blanket. She made me feel completely at ease for my first infusion.
I have had world class experiences with the team at Infusion Associates.
Professional, personable, a great experience
Everyone was so friendly and caring.
Excellent. Checked in and taken right back to exam room. After some questions, IV started and infusion hooked up and started. All staff was excellent! Oh the coffee was a bonus. The staff were professional and personable!
It was a very pleasant experience, felt right at home. Will definitely be back next year!
