Everyone was helpful and the experience was all I could have asked for
Nicole and Erin were great, again! Their professionalism and accuracy in finding the right vein and succeeding in getting the infusion needle placed are greatly appreciated! The warm blankets and friendly atmosphere are very comforting, especially in this type of situation!
Staff and nurses are phenomenal!! I have very difficult veins and they were so kind and gentle with me. Would recommend highly!!!

Portage Location: Although I almost drove by it as I'm from out of town and a storm had knocked the sign down, someone ran out to wave me down and let me know I was in the right place. From check-in to the end of my visit, all the staff I interacted with were kind, warm, personable, and welcoming. Heated blankets & water were offered to me during my visit, and I was able to relax in the reclining chair while I waited. Treatment and staff were great. Building is well designed and comfortable. However, no address on building and no sign. Took me 30 minutes extra after a 30 minute drive to locate the building by calling GR which connected me to portage for directions. Drove around in much traffic trying to find building. Very upsetting. I will go to center again. I love Nicole. If address and sign is not in place next time may reconsider my choice because this is very poor management. Please fix.
The service was excellent! Nicole and the staff were wonderful and friendly! Please get a sign up that doesn’t fall down in the wind. It’s difficult to find for those patients who do not know the area.
