Excellent Care!
A fresh, clean, and comfortable environment for infusion services. The nurses are wonderful and I love the warm blankets. There is a few private rooms as well as the bigger center room.
Even though this is a new building, it is staffed appropriately and they go above and beyond to make sure of a seamless and wonderful experience. What ever is need, they are more than willing to do it.
Easy and fast check in. They set up Copay assistance for me. Attentive nurse.
I have to have lengthy Gammard and Solumedrol infusions, every other week. The past five years I've been to Bronson Hospital, U of M and Ascension Borgess infusion clinics and Infusion Associates is simply the best. Nicole, Erin, Shelly and Debbie are just fantastic people and always make me feel at ease. Excellent team work. All anxieties I had pre-infusion were quickly eliminated. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, and truly kind. A special thank you to Nichole who is a very valuable asset to Infusion Associates. Her gentleness and sincere wish to make me feel very well cared for is an honest reflection of her character, which transfers directly, by association, to Infusion Associates.
Just beautiful people working here, I thank God for their spirits they were just truly a blessing. Very kind, caring, and genuine. From Shelly to Nicole love them definitely recommend!
