Working with Todd Roberts was great. This is the second time I worked with him and he again went above and beyond what is expected to help me out make the loan process quick and easy. Since my first loan with Inova I have opened two accounts with them and every one has been great to work with and answered any questions I’ve had. I will continue to do business with them and recommend people to do business with them. I will also continue to handle any future loans through Todd Roberts he is great to work with!

The phone experience was great. The in person part wasn’t the best. They left us sitting for about 45 minutes and no one came to tell us what the issue was.
