I went in to sent some papers for an account that I had some problems with- Joan solved them quickly and so personally! I love dealing with her.. she is so very pleasant to work with. I don't really like working with anyone else... I like having one personal person you can get to know at the credit union! It makes it a warm and inviting place... and Joan does just that! She makes you love to go to the credit union!
Mercedes was extremely helpful when I called. She helped me pay my loan account and set up mobile access in under 5 minutes. Very pleased with her customer service. Thank you!!
No wait. Welcomed into her office. Completed business in timely, professional manner. Offered extra material about how to resolve a credit report issue. Pleasant & friendly
I worked with Joan and Feli. They were both amazing in answering all of my questions and helping me. I switched from a regular bank to the credit union. They opened my checking and savings and gave me a lot of information and direction on helping me raise my credit score and my overall financial wellbeing. I highly recommend them.
