Even going with a good builder and having a great experience an independent inspector is needed. I went with Joey for the framing and final inspection and I am so thankful that I did. Joey really is meticulous and did a great job. I thought I was picky but he really uncovered things I missed. He worked hard to meet our moving deadline.
