We are so lucky to have Brianna as the trainer for our pup during his board and train programs. Brianna is amazing - so kind, warm, patient, and knowledgeable! She has taught both our dog and us as guardians new and better skills in dealing with challenges. We enrolled our 2 dogs in a 2 Week training camp. Each pup had their own trainer, 1 with Brianna and 1 with Emma. They were both amazing and super attentive to our dogs. They really helped transform our dogs’ behavior. They also taught us so much, learning to read their body language and recognize their anxieties. Emma’s dedication and hard work have been remarkable in training our energetic and fun-loving mini Goldendoodle, Cooper, to become a service dog. Her persistence, kindness, and attention to detail have played a key role in Cooper’s progress and success. Watching her pour so much care and effort into this journey has been truly inspiring, and the strong connection she’s built with Cooper speaks volumes about her commitment. Instinct is incredible - we’ve been lucky to send our pup Lila for board & train multiple times and every time we are wow’d by the care and communication. Lila doesn’t do well in more traditional play group environments so oftentimes we worry with boarding she’ll be alone and cooper up the whole time - at Instinct, they have daily 1:1 play time with caretakers and even try to find appropriate playmates with compatible temperament for pups like ours!! Our four month old black lab puppy attended puppy camp, where he was trained by and housed with Brianna. He plainly had a great time, because when I returned with him a few weeks later for a follow-up training session, he bounded up the stairs and practically broke the door down trying to get in to the facility I think that tells you everything you need to know. I wouldn't trust ANYONE with my Dinky the way I trust Instinct with my boy. From training, to camp & coach, and regular boarding, I trust Instinct with everything. Dinky is a dog reactive nearly 50 pound super mutt but these days he doesn't even feel like a reactive boy. He has dog friends he can say hi to, he is definitely dog selective, but even his reactions to his worst enemies are very manageable with some space, positive encouragement, and of course: TREATS!
