I wouldn't trust ANYONE with my Dinky the way I trust Instinct with my boy. From training, to camp & coach, and regular boarding, I trust Instinct with everything. Dinky is a dog reactive nearly 50 pound super mutt but these days he doesn't even feel like a reactive boy. I strongly recommend Instinct team to anyone who is looking for special support and care! Cooky had private sessions with Lauren and joined Board & Train camp and worked with Emma. They were both great to work with, very attentive, knowledgeable and caring. While staying at the camp, Cooky made an amazing progress with Emma’s guidance. There is no one I trust like the team at Instinct. I feel much more at ease knowing that my dog has a place to go where his needs are met, and exceeded. Dashi works with Brianna at Instinct and it has helped him achieve so much more confidence, and find joy in staying at Instinct. Dashi has unique behavioral needs that Brianna 100% understood, and knows how to respect his triggers/boundaries. I am so grateful to have her working with him.

Before discovering Instinct, our dog's reactivity was unmanageable. We tried numerous trainers, feeling defeated each time as it never got more manageable. With the looming possibility of rehoming our mini Aussie, Togo, we talked with our vet and they recommended a veterinary behaviorist. The behaviorist, in turn, recommended Instinct. We have had such good experiences at Instinct -- first with Tiffani and then with Emma.  The facility itself is quite impressive -- they are extremely thoughtful about moving dogs and people throughout their many training spaces.  And the quality of the training is superb.  Emma did such a good job this spring of training *us*  -- I feel significantly more confident in addressing our dog's needs.  And he was just delighted to be back for his follow-up, in-facility session.  I can't say enough good things about Instinct -- we... read more

Wonderful camp for our dog. So far our pup stayed here twice. I really appreciate the reassuring status updates, with pictures and videos. The staff is very attentive.
