I can't say enough good things about Instinct. The trainers are so kind and after sending my dog there for 3 weeks, he was completely transformed. Our main trainer, Emma, is the most amazing trainer. So patient and so kind - the first time my dog saw her after coming home from camp he was so excited it's as if he saw his lifelong best friend.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Instinct Englewood! My dog shadow was incredibly reactive when we rescued him 3 years ago. We’d tried SO MUCH. I did all the reading, online courses, trainings, etc and no one has made me feel as comfortable and confident as Amber at Instinct has. The best service, care, and training that I could've imagined for my dog. I enrolled my reactive mini poodle into the 3-week board and train program which was worth every penny. Every lesson they teach your dog, they will also teach you how to implement at home. My dog was safe and happy based on the daily updates and videos they send. My dog is crazy about this place. He usually don’t like to get off from the car but as we get close to this place he starts the excitement and he jump off from the car. Emma and Brianna were his trainer. They both updated with what they are doing with Videos. Also they update how he is doing with pictures and I loved them! I will recommend this place and I will definitely use this place again for boarding.

If I could, I would give the fantastic folks at Instinct 10 stars. From the facility staff, to the very knowledgeable and patient trainers. Milo (my 2 yr old crazy, anxious, reactive doggo) has come so far with the help from Brianna and Emma. He used to grab the leash from me every walk and pull and jump when he had an episode, and it used to make me scared and anxious to take him on walks. I am so pleased with Instinct. The trainers and staff know their stuff! I put my 8 month old cockapoo for puppy camp I loved the updates, videos and rationale behind the training. Emma is so good with my pup and points things out that I would have never noticed.

I have two hard-to-board special needs dogs. One is very fearful. One is on the older side. And while I've used Instinct before as a boarding facility and been very happy with their services, I am especially grateful for the care my dogs received during a recent 6-day visit. My older dog developed a sudden bout of idiopathic vestibular disease while there. She went from being happy and playful to suddenly being unable to stand or walk.
