RecommendedIntegrity Pools and in particular Josiah, have been excellent in taking care of our pool for 3 -4 years. Josiah has given the highest service for our pool, is always there as planned, making us aware of issues before they became big problems and letting me know the most economical way to repair problems. I am excited to hear he has been promoted as he greatly deserves it.
I have had repeated struggles with Integrity Pools, but a repair technician named James came into a repair job that was a bungled mess and systematically and methodically worked the problem and accomplished our end goal. I had a question after the fact and he returned my call in timely fashion and coached me on what to do and it worked too. He may have saved my account. I’m grateful to James for his knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy.
First of all, a company cannot be more aptly named than Integrity pools. I was having major issues with my filter. The pressure was extremely high and it kept blowing out manifold and grids. The 4th of July was coming up, and I was having a family get together to show the new house with a pool with cool fountains. After trying to companies who will remain nameless, I found Integrity. I had to take a few minutes and thank Josiah for the work he does on our pool. We are often complimented on the look of our pool and he's always patient when answering my many questions.

Integrity pools was very quick to respond and has provided outstanding service. We just purchased a new home and this is our first time owning a pool. Carmen Rodriguez came out to help us understand our pool equipment prior to closing on our home. She was extremely helpful and responsive. After closing they came out to replace the mastic around our pool surround and did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. These folks did an excellent job on our pool remodel. David; our sales rep was very responsive and professional. The entire crew was timely, professional, and responsive to requests. We highly recommend Integrity Pools for your remodeling job. We LOVE our end result!
We basically had a total pool remodel. We had everything updated including new plaster, new stones, new tiles and even the pool equipment had to be changed out.
