My experience with Interactive College of Technology was a total disaster. The people there, like Iryna and her boss Nicole, were not honest with me. They promised I’d only need a little bit of money for student loans, but it turned out to be way more than they said. They tricked me with confusing paperwork that made it seem like the costs were low and there was no interest on the loans. I went to ICT a few days ago for an appointment with the director of admissions at 10 am, whose name I believe was Nicole. Before we agreed for an appointment, Nicole used to call me and bother me every day just like some thirsty sales agent. So I arrived on time and I believe it was a Monday, she wasn't there yet. The front desk contacted her, and she said she would arrive in 30 minutes, but she didn't arrive until 1 pm. She made me wait so long, only to find out she wasn’t willing to work on my F1. My son & I both signed up for the HVAC program we lasted one day and cancelled due to this school being very unprofessional unorganized and lack of communication the main guy over the HVAC program didn’t seem to interested in teaching the class very off topic

Very disappointing, I joined the HVAC program for 1 full year and graduated. I did receive my universal EPA certification and Nate heat pump certification. First semester started. The school lacked in having teachers. Within the first month we had 3 different teachers and were constantly told we’d get someone. They did go over some basics but overall for first semester it was a 2 out of 5 stars They also never had enough parts for when we were in an electrical lab. ICT is by fair the best HVAC school in Georgia. Mr Harrison is an awesome instructor. I learnt a lot from you sir. Also even after I graduated, the employment assistance office, is still willing to pick up or return my phone calls to recommend the best HVAC companies I can work with. Money can’t buy that type of customer service and pride of ownership. If you are thinking about an HVAC school, this is the one. Don’t waste time and money on any other one. This is the school you want to attend.
