An unexpected blessing is what ICT was for me. I was assisted by Erica Ennis (no longer with company) who was absolutely amazing through the entire enrollment process. Class scheduling was very flexible and I learned a lot more than I imagined thanks to the dedicated staff of instructors and counselors. I also had the luxury of working for the company before entering the IT industry as an ICT graduate. This helped me develop the skills I needed to thrive. Terrible! The Externship didn't work out. When we had orientation, they said we can put in weekends so we can get the HVACR experience in order to graduate, but the people that Ms. Biggs sent me with only work during the weekends and Mr. Harrison said the HVAC companies we have Externship don't do weekends because it's causing them MORE MONEY on calls during the week and they have their own lives, like spending time with family and getting ready for next week.
