An unexpected blessing is what ICT was for me. I was assisted by Erica Ennis (no longer with company) who was absolutely amazing through the entire enrollment process. Class scheduling was very flexible and I learned a lot more than I imagined thanks to the dedicated staff of instructors and counselors. Terrible! The Externship didn't work out. When we had orientation, they said we can put in weekends so we can get the HVACR experience in order to graduate, but the people that Ms. Biggs sent me with only work during the weekends and Mr. Harrison said the HVAC companies we have Externship don't do weekends because it's causing them MORE MONEY on calls during the week and they have their own lives, like spending time with family and getting ready for next week. I don't see how This institute has a 4.6-star review. most disrespecting and valorous institute I have ever attended in my life. the instructors come to class drunk, yelling and screaming at the top of their lungs. smoking cigarettes in the parking lot sitting in the car, while the students are left to teach ourselves in the classrooms. seriously I don't know how this school has such high graduation rate. maybe because they are actually just passing the pupils weather they know and understand the information or not. for 3 s... read more
