I was expecting a more intimate experience. Labor and delivery nurses nurses were not friendly at all. Postartum nurses Rubie and Greta were amazing. Postpartum nurse Taylor, not good at all. I called her 3 times and she never came always blaming someone else.

Doctor was great, I have been coming to this office since Dr Baker was a doctor here and he was my favorite. He was MY doctor as a child. So I brought my daughter and when he passed I just used whoever they replaced him with. Candice was my child’s MD for the last year and a half and since she left I can’t find anyone else I like and that treats my child, like a child. Doctor used to hear my concerns.
Dr. Santos is consistently stand-offish, rushes us, doesn’t listen to what we’re actually asking about, and is all around condescending. I’ve taken my son there for years and that’s a consistent behavior pattern of his.
Dr naiman has the worst bedside manner! Doesn’t explain anything at all. And continues to do so!
Dr Neiman sees each patient as a check box to mark before he moves on to his next patient. Awful health system and awful patient care. He may be fine for a regular check up and if your baby is completely healthy with zero issues but definitely not suitable for treating any sick babies or with any condition. I am so sorry for the babies under his care. Will definitely change my child’s pediatrician.
