My kids and I checked in by 10:30 and were not called back until 11:30 for our 10:40 appointments. We were patient and didn’t complain, but when the MA brought us back there was no apology for the wait or explanation. She also seemed very rushed. I really like doctor Naiman and understand that offices get busy, but a little communication and courtesy goes a long way.

There was a 45 minute wait and the staff spelled my son's name incorrectly so they could not locate his shot records. Over heard the doctor complaining where is his lunch to the nurses while waiting in the exam room. There was no social distancing in the lobby. The office is very disorganized and not really concerned about their patients. They need to try to do better.
We were waiting almost 1 hour to see the dr. We were there for just a flu shot.
