Pediatric Clinic Intermountain HealthCare staff treated my very well. We have waited closed to 10 minutes in the exam room. The Doctor came in an examined my son. The doctor asked questions. Then, the doctor done started the physical, updated childhood vaccine. The overall compassion & professionalism was all there.
While the doctors are awesome, since Intermountain Health took over, services have been Taylor Ed to meet the companies technology needs rather than technology being tailored to meet the needs of the client. Especially with their now required online sign in . Every visit since the onset of Covid has met with glitch after glitch after glitch causing delays in getting services. Service is usually good but today was not the day. I got a sick child and was giving nothing but the run around. First I had to call another number and talk to a nurse. The nurse I was just advices to talk tells me I don’t know why they said call me. Then called back spoke to Brittney who was extremely rude and definitely needs to be in another field. Office and waiting area was clean and well lit, staff was efficient and kind, wait time was short. Time with RN and Dr. was a bit rushed but that is understandable, they were still attentive, kind and informative.
